The device is versatile, allowing up to 4 sensors to be connected, including third-party sensors and power supply, enabling flexible monitoring of compressed air, energy, and process parameters. For secure data handling, it reliably stores all measured values on the integrated memory card, with easy read-out via USB stick for fast evaluation and reporting.
Designed for portable operation, the system includes internally rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, allowing approx. 8 h continuous operation without external power.
The system provides intelligent energy analysis with daily, weekly, and monthly analyses, supported by an optional maths function for internal calculations, enabling evaluation of typical key figures of compressed air systems. Additional functionality includes an integrated web server, a mathematical calculation function, and a totaliser function for analogue signals, allowing comprehensive data processing and consumption tracking.
Connectivity options include Ethernet / RS 485 interface, and additional sensor inputs (digital or analogue) selectable, making the device suitable for both standalone operation and integration into existing industrial networks.
