This advanced energy and consumption monitoring system is designed for precise measurement and evaluation during live operation. Magnetic voltage measuring probes for tapping the voltage during operation allow safe and non-intrusive voltage measurement without interrupting processes.
Current measurement is equally flexible thanks to hinged current transformers wrap around the conductors of phases L1, L2, L3 or Rogowski coils, which can also be used during operation. This makes the system ideal for retrofitting, audits, and ongoing energy monitoring in industrial environments.
The platform supports high scalability, as up to 11 devices can be connected, including external sensors and power supply. This enables comprehensive monitoring of electrical parameters, compressed air systems, and additional process values within one central system.
All measurement data is securely archived, as the system reliably saves all measured values to a memory card. For fast evaluation and documentation, easy read-out via USB stick possible, eliminating the need for complex data transfer procedures.
The integrated analysis functions provide clear transparency on efficiency and operating costs. The system calculates costs in € per m³ of air produced, specific output kWh/m3, and consumption of individual lines including totalling, giving operators and energy managers the key performance indicators required to optimise compressed air and energy usage.
