The AP-DJ2813 intelligent control / networking type screen display ion fan adopts DC de static technology combined with a high air volume fan with five-speed speed regulation, delivering stable performance and an air output improved by 1.45 times compared to ordinary fans. It is designed for fast, precise, and wide-area static elimination in modern industrial environments.
Equipped with 8 emitters, the fan delivers high ion volume and fast decay time, ensuring rapid neutralization of static electricity on material surfaces. The advanced auto-cleaning function when switch on, together with a default auto-cleaning time every 8 hours, makes the system artificial emitter cleaning maintenance free, greatly reducing maintenance workload and downtime.
An integrated LCD/LED display provides clear operational visibility, showing the ID address, fan speed, and cleaning time. The built-in ion self-balancing function maintains accurate ion control with an auto balance range of ±10V and real-time display of the balance voltage, ensuring consistent and reliable static elimination.
For precise ion adjustment, the duty ratio of positive and negative ion output is adjustable, allowing users to fine-tune the ion balance according to application requirements. With remote control ion output, users can easily compensate for surface charge conditions:
