This makes it ideal for fast, wide-area static elimination in automated industrial environments.
Equipped with 8 emitters, the fan provides high ion volume and fast decay time, ensuring rapid and efficient neutralization of static charges. An advanced auto-cleaning function activates when the unit is switched on, with a default auto-cleaning cycle every 8 hours, making artificial emitter cleaning maintenance free and significantly reducing downtime.
The integrated LCD/LED display clearly shows the ID address, fan speed, and cleaning time, while the built-in ion self-balancing function maintains precise ion control with a self-balancing range of ±10V and real-time balance voltage display.
For enhanced control, the duty ratio of positive and negative ion output is adjustable, allowing fine tuning of ion balance. Using remote control ion output, users can easily compensate for surface charge conditions:
