The AP-AB1133 ion bar is a rod type decharging device developed and produced by AP&T to eliminate static electricity on the surface of objects. It adopts power frequency AC high voltage, acting on special emission electrode through impedance coupler, enabling effective air ionization.
Through this process, air molecules are ionized, producing positive and negative ions, which are transported to the surface of the eliminated electrostatic objects, where they neutralize positive and negative electrostatic charges. This design achieves efficient and reliable elimination of static electricity, even in compact installation environments.
The ion bar combines fast dissipation capability, tungsten electrode long-lasting ionization, and anti-electric shock protection, making it suitable for continuous industrial static control applications.
