The AP-DC3203 high-frequency ion nozzle is a compact static elimination device designed for precise and efficient removal of static electricity and surface dust. It uses a 24V DC power supply combined with a piezoelectric ceramic transformer boost, enabling stable generation of high-frequency high-voltage ionized air at the special high-voltage emitter.
Through this process, the air is ionized to produce a large number of well-balanced positive and negative ions, which are then delivered to the surface of the object via compressed air. This allows for effective neutralization of static electricity while simultaneously improving dust removal performance.
