The Parker StarlettePlus‑E Refrigeration Air Dryer is designed to provide efficient and reliable removal of water vapour from compressed air systems, making it ideal for industrial and general compressed air applications where a pressure dew point no lower than +3°C is required.
StarlettePlus-E dryers combine advanced refrigeration drying technology with a compact and energy-efficient design to deliver dependable compressed air treatment while minimising operating costs and environmental impact. By cooling the compressed air, moisture vapour condenses and is removed from the system, preventing condensation, corrosion and moisture-related damage in downstream piping and pneumatic equipment.
A key component of the system is the E-Pack high-efficiency aluminium heat exchanger, an integrated all-in-one design that combines multiple heat exchange processes within a single compact unit. This design improves thermal efficiency while reducing energy consumption and refrigerant requirements compared with conventional dryers.
To further enhance efficiency, selected models are available with an Energy Save function, which automatically adjusts dryer operation based on system demand. During periods of reduced compressed air load, the dryer cycles the refrigeration compressor while using the cold reserve stored in the E-Pack mass to continue cooling the incoming air. This intelligent energy management significantly reduces power consumption without compromising drying performance.
All StarlettePlus-E dryers utilise R513A refrigerant, a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant that complies with modern F-Gas environmental regulations, helping to reduce the environmental impact of compressed air systems.
The dryers are equipped with a digital controller as standard, providing monitoring of compressed air temperature along with service reminders, alarm outputs and integrated timed condensate drain control. Smaller models within the range can also be wall mounted, allowing flexible installation where space is limited.
