The Parker Antares Plus‑E Hybrid Compressed Air Dryer is a highly efficient compressed air treatment solution that combines refrigeration and adsorption drying technologies within a single compact system. This hybrid approach delivers reliable compressed air drying while significantly reducing energy consumption, operating costs and environmental impact.

The Antares Plus-E (ATT+ 060–340) range integrates the advantages of both refrigeration and adsorption dryers to create a low-energy, eco-friendly drying system capable of delivering consistent compressed air quality across a wide range of industrial applications. By combining these two technologies in one system, the dryer optimises performance and efficiency while maintaining reliable moisture removal.

The refrigeration stage utilises R513A Refrigerant, a low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant designed to comply with EU F‑Gas Regulation. This environmentally responsible refrigerant helps reduce environmental impact while ensuring long-term regulatory compliance.

A key advantage of the hybrid design is its operational flexibility. During warmer months, when a refrigeration dryer can maintain an adequate dew point, the adsorption stage can be bypassed, allowing the system to operate solely as a refrigeration dryer. When colder conditions require lower dew points to prevent condensation in external pipework, the adsorption stage can be reactivated to deliver enhanced drying performance.

The Antares Plus-E system features an advanced touchscreen controller with integrated MODBUS RTU and TCP/IP communication, providing full monitoring and control capabilities. The system is also Industry 4.0 and IoT ready, enabling remote monitoring, system diagnostics and predictive maintenance integration with modern industrial automation systems.

Operational efficiency is further improved through optimised cycling and standby modes, reducing energy usage while maintaining consistent performance. Additional features such as integrated electronic capacitive drains, pressure gauges, LED indicators and USB data logging simplify monitoring and maintenance procedures.

The hybrid drying system delivers constant outlet pressure dew points in accordance with ISO 8573-1 Compressed Air Quality Standard, with user-configurable dew point settings depending on application requirements.
