The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, providing dependable moisture removal for high-performance industrial compressed air systems. The units are compact and designed to be installed free standing, making them suitable for facilities where space efficiency and ease of installation are important.
Each dryer comes equipped with integrated high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration, ensuring maximum protection of downstream equipment and maintaining consistent air purity. The range supports volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), making it ideal for medium to high flow manufacturing environments.
The system delivers pressure dew points down to -70°C, with compressed air selectively dried between -25°C down to -70°C depending on process requirements. For applications experiencing fluctuations in operating pressure and load, energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) as an option enhances operational efficiency. By using a dew point sensor at the outlet, chamber changeover occurs only when the required dew point is achieved, extending drying cycles and reducing unnecessary purge air consumption.
