The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, ensuring dependable moisture control for critical production environments. The units are compact and designed to be installed free standing, making them suitable for facilities where floor space and ease of installation are key considerations.
Each dryer is supplied with integrated high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration, delivering enhanced protection for downstream equipment and maintaining consistent air purity standards. The range supports volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), providing capacity for medium to high-demand compressed air systems.
The system offers pressure dew points down to -70°C, with compressed air selectively dried from -25°C down to -70°C depending on process requirements. For applications experiencing load or pressure variations, energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) as an option optimises performance. By using a dew point sensor at the outlet, chamber changeover occurs only when the required dew point is achieved, extending drying cycles and reducing unnecessary purge air consumption.
Designed to deliver highest quality air, the K-MT range is energy efficient and very flexible due to a wide range of options and accessories. Correct sizing — based on minimum operating pressure, maximum inlet temperature and maximum inlet flow rate — ensures that quoted air purity performance is achieved in real operating conditions.
