The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, ensuring dependable moisture removal for critical industrial processes. Compact and designed to be installed free standing, these dryers are suitable for facilities requiring space-efficient, high-performance compressed air treatment.
Each unit is equipped with integrated high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration, protecting downstream equipment and maintaining consistent air quality. With volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), the K-MT 10-95 range supports medium to high demand compressed air systems across manufacturing and processing environments.
The dryers deliver pressure dew points down to -70°C, with compressed air selectively dried between -25°C down to -70°C depending on application requirements. For operations with fluctuating pressure or load conditions, energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) as an option enhances efficiency. By installing a dew point sensor at the outlet, chamber changeover occurs only when the required dew point is achieved, extending drying cycles and reducing unnecessary purge air consumption.
Designed to provide highest quality air, the K-MT range is energy efficient and very flexible due to a wide range of options and accessories. Correct sizing based on minimum operating pressure, maximum inlet temperature and maximum inlet flow rate ensures quoted air purity performance is achieved in real operating conditions.
