The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, providing dependable moisture removal for demanding industrial environments. The units are compact and designed to be installed free standing, making them suitable for facilities where space efficiency and straightforward installation are important.
Each dryer is supplied with integrated high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration, ensuring maximum protection of downstream equipment and maintaining air purity standards. The range supports volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), making it suitable for medium to high capacity compressed air systems.
The system delivers pressure dew points down to -70°C, with compressed air selectively dried from -25°C down to -70°C depending on application requirements. For operations experiencing variable pressure and load conditions, energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) as an option enhances efficiency. By monitoring the outlet dew point, chamber changeover occurs only when required, extending drying cycles and reducing unnecessary purge air consumption.
