The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, ensuring consistent, high-purity air for demanding production environments. Compact in footprint and designed to be installed free standing, these dryers integrate high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration as standard for maximum downstream protection.
With volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), the K-MT 10-95 series supports a wide range of industrial compressed air systems. Pressure dew points can be selectively set from -25°C down to -70°C, allowing precise moisture control depending on application requirements.
For variable load conditions, an optional energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) system enhances efficiency. By installing a dew point sensor at the outlet, chamber changeover occurs only when the required dew point is achieved. This intelligent control extends drying cycles, reduces unnecessary purge air consumption, and delivers measurable energy savings.
Designed to deliver highest quality air, the K-MT range is energy efficient and very flexible due to a wide range of options and accessories. Proper sizing — considering minimum operating pressure, maximum inlet temperature and maximum inlet flow rate — ensures the quoted air purity performance is achieved in real operating conditions.
