The Parker K-MT 10-95 range of heatless adsorption dryers are designed to dry industrial compressed air reliably and efficiently down to a pressure dew point of -70°C, delivering consistent high-purity air for demanding industrial applications. Compact and engineered for free standing installation, these units integrate high performance OIL-X pre- and post filtration as standard to protect downstream equipment and processes.
Capable of volume flows up to 940 m³/h @ 7 barg (100 psig), the K-MT 10-95 range supports flexible operation with selectable pressure dew points from -25°C down to -70°C. This makes the dryer suitable for manufacturing, processing, and instrumentation systems where moisture control is critical.
For applications with variable load and pressure conditions, an optional energy saving dew point dependent switching (DDS) system can be installed. Using a dew point sensor at the dryer outlet, chamber changeover occurs only when the required dew point is reached. This intelligent control reduces unnecessary purge air consumption, extends drying phases, and significantly improves energy efficiency.
Designed to deliver highest quality air, the K-MT range is energy efficient and highly adaptable thanks to a wide selection of configuration options and accessories. Correct sizing — based on minimum operating pressure, maximum inlet temperature, and maximum inlet flow rate — ensures quoted air purity performance is achieved in real-world operating conditions.
