The Parker CDAS HL Clean Dry Air System is an advanced compressed air treatment solution designed to deliver clean, dry compressed air in accordance with all editions of the ISO 8573-1 Compressed Air Quality Standard. Engineered for reliability and energy efficiency, the CDAS HL system provides pressure dew points of -20°C, -40°C or -70°C while supporting flow rates of up to 300 m³/h at 7 barg (102 psig).

High-quality compressed air plays a critical role in maintaining efficient industrial operations. Contaminated or moisture-laden compressed air can lead to corrosion, equipment failure, increased maintenance costs and production downtime. The CDAS HL Clean Dry Air System eliminates these risks by providing validated high-performance air purification, ensuring compressed air systems operate reliably and efficiently.

The system incorporates four stages of purification, designed to remove up to seven common compressed air contaminants (or nine contaminants with the optional water separator stage). This multi-stage treatment process effectively removes oil aerosols, oil vapours, particulates, water vapour and other contaminants, ensuring consistent compressed air purity.

Performance of the CDAS HL system has been independently validated by third-party testing, giving users confidence that the system meets the required compressed air quality classifications defined by ISO standards. Integrated pre- and post-filtration ensures maximum protection of the adsorption dryer while maintaining consistent dew point performance.

Energy efficiency is enhanced through dew point dependent switching technology, supplied as standard on non-ATEX models. This intelligent control system monitors the outlet dew point and only switches drying vessels when necessary, reducing purge air consumption and lowering operating costs.

Designed for flexible installation and long-term durability, the CDAS HL system features corrosion-protected components and full-bore internal flow paths, minimising pressure loss and improving system efficiency. An ATEX compliant version is also available for installations in potentially explosive atmospheres.
