The CONCOA 455 Series regulator provides primary pressure control of highly corrosive gases, including chlorides, sulfides, and other acid-forming gases. It features a Dursan® treated capsule and diaphragm, offering significantly more corrosion resistance than 316L stainless steel or exotic metals such as Hastelloy®. For fluorine service, the regulator is passivated with a stainless steel CAPSULE® and diaphragm, providing a complete corrosion-resistant assembly. Use of a deep purge assembly is strongly recommended to prevent moisture introduction and subsequent corrosion.
