The CONCOA 422 Series regulator is designed for dependable primary pressure control of ultra-high purity gases, including corrosive and toxic gas mixtures. As a single-stage regulator, it is recommended for use with cylinders filled below 500 PSIG (34 BAR) or in applications where minor outlet pressure fluctuations—caused by decreasing inlet pressure—are acceptable. It is also well suited for systems where inlet pressure remains constant.
The 422 Series can be configured at the factory with a wide range of options, such as purge assemblies, low-pressure alarms, single-station manifolds, and multiple-inlet setups, allowing flexible integration into high-purity and specialty gas delivery systems.
