The CONCOA 420 Series SilcoNert 2000 treated regulator provides primary pressure regulation of reactive or corrosive calibration mixtures or pure gases. The proprietary non-reactive amorphous Silicon CVD coating ensures an extremely inert wetted surface, offering excellent inertness for reactive calibration standards and superior corrosion resistance compared to bare 316L stainless steel or other alloys. In a six-port configuration, the 420 Series is suitable for sole pressure control in applications that can tolerate minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply or with gases stored at pressures below 500 PSIG (35 BAR). The maximum inlet pressure is at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) or greater, depending on system configuration. With factory-installed options, the regulator may be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
