The CONCOA 411 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for non-corrosive, ultra-high purity, or liquified gases in applications requiring constant pressure control and delivery regardless of supply pressure variation. Two stages of pressure regulation minimize pressure changes arising from inlet pressure fluctuations, such as depletion of the supply cylinder. The 411 Series regulator may be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
