The CONCOA 324 Series regulator provides secondary pressure control for high-purity gases (up to grade 5.5) and corrosive gases. Rated to full cylinder pressure, it is suitable for point-of-use pressure control in high-purity gas distribution systems. The 324 Series regulator may be used with mildly reactive gases but is not intended for toxic or highly corrosive gases.
