The CONCOA 213 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for non-corrosive, liquefied, or high purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5) requiring constant low-pressure delivery. Two stages of pressure regulation minimize variations caused by inlet pressure changes, such as cylinder depletion, ensuring stable output. The regulator delivers pressures as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) with adjustable increments of 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR), meeting high purity applications requiring atmospheric pressures below 5 PSIG (350 mBAR).
