The CONCOA 205 Series regulator provides secondary pressure control for non-corrosive, liquefied, high-purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5) or point-of-use pressure control in high-purity gas distribution systems. The maximum inlet pressure is at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), depending on system configuration. Factory-installed options allow the regulator to be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge.
