The CONCOA 203 Series regulator provides final pressure control for non-corrosive, liquefied, or high purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5), delivering constant low-pressure output from low inlet pressure sources. It can achieve delivery pressures as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) with adjustable increments of 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR), meeting high purity applications requiring atmospheric pressures below 5 PSIG (350 mBAR).
