With the CS service software (Order no. 0554 2007) and the interface adapter, the digital interface (Modbus-RTU) of the CS dew point sensors can be accessed directly from the computer. This allows seamless integration of dew point measurement data into monitoring and control workflows.
The service software enables the user e.g. to scale the 4…20 mA analogue output, providing full flexibility to adapt the output signal to any process control system. Additionally, the software allows selecting the units for dew point, temperature, and humidity, and offers numerous configuration options for sensor diagnostics, measurement visualization, and data logging.
By using this software, users can optimise sensor calibration intervals, monitor long-term sensor stability, and perform on-site diagnostics efficiently, ensuring maximum reliability and accuracy of compressed air and gas monitoring systems.
