The CS Network is a client-server solution designed for centralized data acquisition, analysis, and visualization across industrial measurement systems. The server software automatically collects the measured values of all chart recorders and sensors embedded in the company’s computer network and stores them in a database, ensuring secure and continuous data availability without manual intervention.
The evaluation/analysis of the measured data is carried out via the evaluation software (client) at any number of workstations, allowing multiple users across departments or locations to access and analyze the same data simultaneously. This scalable architecture makes CS Network ideal for both small installations and large, distributed industrial environments.
Users can display real-time data in individual dashboards, providing immediate visibility of current system conditions, trends, and performance indicators. These dashboards support fast decision-making and transparent monitoring across the entire compressed air or measurement infrastructure.
For long-term evaluation and energy management, the system offers automatic reporting for consumption: Weekly, monthly, annually, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent, standardized reporting. These reports support cost control, efficiency analysis, and documentation requirements.
System reliability is further enhanced through automatic alarm by e-mail if limit value is exceeded or not reached, enabling rapid response to critical deviations. All events are recorded in the alarm history, ensuring traceability, compliance, and detailed analysis of recurring or past incidents.
