This insertion thermal mass flow meter is designed for applications with high cleanliness requirements and harsh industrial environments. All wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring excellent surface quality and suitability for demanding gas applications.
The robust aluminium housing allows reliable operation under tough industrial conditions. Thanks to ATEX and DVGW approval, the device is especially recommended for flammable gases such as natural gas, hydrogen, biogas, and similar media.
The instrument measures mass flow directly and provides standardized volume flow output, with automatic pressure and temperature compensation based on the thermal mass flow principle. Installation is quick and simple via a standard ½" ball valve, enabling mounting under pressure without interrupting operation.
With no moving parts, the flow meter is low maintenance and ensures an extremely low pressure loss due to negligible blockage of the pipe diameter.
