The DS 400 portable gas flow and data logging system is designed for easy installation and removal under pressure thanks to a 1/2" Ball valve, making field deployment fast and convenient. The system supports several gas types, freely adjustable via the DS 400 interface, and is suitable for pipe diameters from 1/2" to 12" / DN 300, with diameter freely adjustable on the DS 400.
Flow measurement outputs include 4...20 mA for m³/h and pulse output for m³ (total consumption), enabling integration into industrial monitoring and process control systems. The 3.5" graphic display with touchscreen provides a graphical view of the measured value curve, simplifying real-time monitoring.
The DS 400 features 2 sensor inputs for consumption or dew point sensors, with optional expansion for 2 additional sensor inputs for pressure sensors, electricity meters, and more. Data management is supported through a USB interface for reading out data loggers via USB stick, with optional data logger storage for 100 million measured values (2 GB SD card).
For advanced connectivity, the system optionally supports Ethernet and RS 485 interfaces (Modbus protocol), a web server, and CS Soft Basic software for convenient evaluation and graphical analysis of measurement data.
