The multi-sensor data logger and monitoring system with 3.5" touchscreen is designed for reliable signal processing and data acquisition in industrial environments. It features a 3.5" graphic display with touch screen, enabling intuitive operation and clear visualisation of measured values.
The system includes a USB interface for simple data access and configuration, as well as an integrated mains unit for supply of the sensors, eliminating the need for external power sources for connected devices. It provides 4...20 mA output of all connected active sensors and a pulse output (for total consumption) in case of flow sensors, allowing seamless integration into control and monitoring systems.
For process safety and automation, the device is equipped with 2 alarm relays (potential-free switch-over contacts, max. 230 V, 3 A). Advanced functionality includes an integrated webserver, a mathematic calculation function, and a totalizer function, enabling internal processing of consumption, flow rates, and cumulative values.
The system also features an integrated data logger for secure storage of measured values and supports Ethernet / RS 485 interface for network and fieldbus communication. Flexibility is further enhanced by additional sensor inputs (digital or analogue) selectable, allowing connection of multiple sensor types within one device.
