This dew point monitoring system features a 3.5-inch graphic display with intuitive touchscreen operation, enabling clear visualization and easy configuration. The unit is delivered system-ready and fully wired, ensuring fast plug-and-play installation.
Two freely adjustable alarm contacts (pre-alarm and main alarm), rated at 230 VAC, 3 A, allow flexible alarm management. Individual alarm delays can be configured for each relay to prevent false alarms. A 4...20 mA analogue output supports integration into existing control systems.
Optional Ethernet and RS 485 interfaces with Modbus protocol, as well as an integrated webserver, provide advanced connectivity and remote access. The system supports long-term data recording of up to 100 million measured values, enabling detailed trend analysis.
Data evaluation is performed using CS Soft Basic, offering graphical and tabular visualization. Measured data can be read out conveniently via USB stick or Ethernet connection.
