Contamination by oil can occur at multiple points during compressed air preparation, posing risks to machinery, the environment, and health. The OIL CHECK 500 monitoring system continuously analyses compressed air, detecting even the smallest residual oil values, ensuring air quality complies with ISO 8573-5 standards.
Simple Handling and User-Friendly Operation
The OIL CHECK 500 features particularly easy handling and intuitive operation, making it quick to implement. It is uniquely sensitive to gases in line with the recommended oil vapour standard according to ISO 8573-5.
State-of-the-Art Sensor Technology
The system uses an innovative sensor design optimised for indicative online monitoring, capable of suppressing false positive alarms caused by non-standard gaseous impurities such as ethanol (C2H6O). No oxygen is required in the test gas for operation.
Auto Calibration with "Forced Pressure Variation" (Patented)
The patented "Forced Pressure Variation" process allows the OIL CHECK 500 to generate internal compression stages in the test gas, detecting gradual increases in oil concentration, for example due to filter saturation. This method compensates for ageing or contamination-related signal drift, ensuring long-term stable measurements without the need for wearing parts like activated carbon filters.
On-Site Sensor Replacement
The sensor unit can be replaced on site by the customer, eliminating downtime and the need to return the device for recalibration.
Reliable Process Monitoring
All functions and components are monitored internally, and a complete function test report can be printed using the service software, providing maximum process reliability.
Compact and Efficient Design
The compact design ensures easy handling, reduced logistics costs, and suitability for installations with limited space.
