The 3.5" graphic display with touch panel monitoring system is a compact, powerful solution for energy and compressed air system analysis, designed for easy operation and maximum flexibility in industrial environments. Thanks to its simple and clear operation, users can quickly access all relevant measured values without complex configuration.
The system is versatile, allowing up to 4 sensors to be connected, including third-party sensors and power supply, making it ideal for expanding existing measurement setups. All data is handled securely: the unit reliably stores all measured values on the integrated memory card, with easy read-out via USB stick possible.
For mobile and temporary measurements, the device features internally rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, enabling approximately 8 hours of continuous operation without external power.
Advanced intelligent energy analysis supports daily, weekly, and monthly analyses, while the optional mathematical calculation function allows internal calculations of typical key figures of compressed air systems, such as efficiency indicators and consumption trends.
The system is equipped with an integrated web server, enabling remote access to measurement data. Communication and system integration are supported via Ethernet / RS 485 interface, ensuring compatibility with modern automation, control, and energy management systems.
Additional functionality includes a totaliser function for analogue signals and additional sensor inputs (digital or analogue) selectable, providing a future-proof and scalable monitoring solution for industrial energy efficiency applications.
